Art must be ready to post for author claims.

Art Will Be Available to View January 25-30th
A link will be made available the morning of January 25th.

Author Claims January 31st (2pm MDT)
Art entries will be numbered to maintain anonymity through the claim process. Please have your top 10 picks ready the day of claims. Once claims open, you will submit the mods your first five in order of preference; the second set of five should be on hand in the event that your top 5 are already claimed. If you do not have interest in participating, you can indicate this by using N/A in place of the art number.

Author Check In February 28th-March 5th
This will be a progress check to make sure that you’re on track to meet the due date.

Posting Schedule Available April 1st

Author Final Drafts Due April 24-29th
Your fic must be completed and ready to post at this time.

Posting Begins May 1st.
If you find at any time that you are not able to meet the set deadlines, you must contact the mods PRIOR to that date. No requests for an extension the day of or the days following a deadline will be granted.

This bang will be split into two groups based on rating:

• G through PG-13


• R and NC-17

Artists will submit their work to the bang with a rating based on content. Art will be accompanied by a brief description, the highest rating an artist is comfortable with the fic being (for example, if the art is rated PG-13 but the artist is okay with fic rated up to NC-17), and any squicks/NoTPs the artist has. A format will be provided closer to the art due date.

Artists may enter up to two (2) art pieces for this bang, with a minimum size of 400 px by 400 px.

Minimum word count for fic must be 3K, with no maximum limit. Having your work beta’d is highly recommended, but not required.

All work must be original, unpublished work.

Participants may sign up to be both author and artist, but cannot claim their own art to write for.

Authors and artist will need to be in communication with each other, so please be sure to have your inboxes open and check the email you provide the mods with regularly.

If at any time you feel you need to drop from the bang or are in need of an extension, you MUST notify the mods prior to any deadlines.

Reminders will be posted prior to deadlines/due dates, but all participants are responsible for keeping track of the schedule. Missing a date without prior contact will be taken as you dropping out of the bang.
