Sign Ups Open November 5th

Art Will Be Available to View February 25th - 26th
On February 25th a link will be made available for potential authors to look at the various artworks.

Author Claims February 26th, 12pm EST
Art entries will be numbered to maintain anonymity through the claim process. Authors, Please have your top five (5) picks ready the day of claims. Once claims open, Authors will submit their top five (5) picks in order of preference to the mods.

Pairing Reveal February 28th
All pairs will be revealed once all art is claimed.

First Check-In March 31st
This check in is for everyone, to make sure everything is going smoothly between the pair.

Second Check-In April 28th
This check in is for everyone, to make sure everything is going smoothly between the pair.

Posting Schedule Available May 12th

Final Check-In May 26th
At this point, authors should be done or very close to being done.

Posting Begins June 2nd

Rules and Information

Artist Guidelines:

• Work must be original and unpublished work.


• Any medium of art is welcome, including but not limited to; edits, graphics, traditional art, digital art, video, and gifs.


• Visual work should be a minimum of 500px by 500px.


• Videos should be a minimum of one minute in length.


• Artists are allowed to submit two (2) different prompts.


• Art entries must be kept secret until after claims.


• Your final posts of your art must credit the author and link back to their preferred site(s).

Author Guidelines:

• Work must be original and unpublished work.


• Fic must be a minimum of 4,000 words.


• The content of the fic must be discussed with the artist, including rating, ships, and warnings.


• You are expected to respect the squicks and triggers of your artist.


• Your final posts of your fic must credit the artist and link back to their preferred site(s).


• You MUST have your story betaed before posting.

General Guidelines:

• All participants are expected to keep track of deadlines. Reminder posts will be made.


• Missing a deadline means you will be dropped from the event.


• Requests for extensions must be made BEFORE the deadline arrives.


• Entries must be Wincest or have Wincest as your main pairing.


• For this challenge, Wincest means Sam/Dean.


• Participants are welcome to sign up as both author and artist but cannot claim their own work.

Posting Guidelines:

• One member of each pair will need to submit a master post to the blog.


• The format for the posts is here. (TBA)


• You must wait for your assigned post date.


• After your post is submitted to us, you are free to post wherever you like.
