Hi, I think I have signed up but it seems they are not sending confirm emails. How can I check if I have signed up or not ?

If this is the username you signed up under, and you intended to sign up as an artist, then no, you are not on the list. You need to fill out this form (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1VSgrY6dZ01PHJe1mXcuu1MalcSY6bBQrbhFxDH5PT5A/viewform?usp=send_form)in order to sign up.

Are emails sent confirming out signup? I did as artist and used the form.

No, there are no confirmation emails. I did check and you are on the list.
