I couldn't find this in the comm... because there are more authors than artists... can 2 authors claim art?

In the past, we have had two rounds of claims for authors. Though this time the ratio is pretty close, we may just go with one round. We will have to see how claims go. If prompt(s) are left unclaimed for a while, there will not be another round.
